The role of higher education leaders actualize independent learning program independent campus

The government designed the program "Freedom of Learning in Independent Campuses" and required universities to overhaul pattern higher education because it is spearhead world work nation's future. research aims explain dynamics leaders, including faculty deans, study heads, secretaries, realizing independent learning activities at campus Bhayangkara University, Jabodetabek. paradigm used post-positivism, with a case approach involving 12 informants 4 key informants. Collecting data through interviews, observations, documentation studies about involvement university faculties, programs implementation MBKM. Data were analyzed descriptively manual analysis procedures. results indicate that standard leadership understanding Campus has not been standardized properly. In addition, managerial competence agility have optimally categorized as satisfactory.
